The levels describe how far the current price sits above or below
the fitted long-term trend in volatility-adjusted log space. Lower
bands indicate prices sitting well below trend, while higher bands
indicate prices stretched above trend.
Fire Sale
Deeply below the fitted trend; historically the coldest
valuation zone.
Accumulate
Below trend with a wider margin of pessimism than normal.
Still Cheap
Modestly below trend; price remains on the discounted side of
the model.
Fair Value
Near the fitted trend; neither unusually cheap nor unusually
stretched.
Warm
Above trend, showing early momentum without reaching extreme
territory.
FOMO
Meaningfully above trend; optimism is becoming a major part of
the move.
Overheated
Far above trend; risk of a sharp mean-reversion move is
elevated.
Bubble
Extreme upside deviation from trend; the model's hottest
valuation zone.
These labels are descriptive model zones, not buy or sell signals.
The rainbow width control changes how wide the zones are, so the
same asset can move between levels as the width is adjusted.
